This Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ) is an invitation by the Ottawa Catholic School Board (the “Purchaser”, “OCSB”, the “Board”) to prospective respondents to qualify for bidding opportunities for a new high school project.

It is the intention of the Board to develop a list of qualified general contractors based on experience, performance, scale of previous projects, financial capacities, bonding and references for a singular project with a value not less than fifty million dollars, but not greater than one hundred million dollars.

The Ottawa Catholic School Board is not under any obligation to call upon the services of any contractor as a result of the qualification process.

Note: Contractors who are currently on the OCSB-s pre-qualified list are required to reapply.
