PREPOSITIONING OF VARIOUS GOODS FOR RELIEF OPERATIONS
IB No. 2026-06-15-GOODS
1.The Municipal Government of Calumpit, through the 5% LDRRM Fund, intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (P2, 550, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the 'PREPOSITIONING OF VARIOUS GOODS FOR RELIEF OPERATIONS' (Project ID No.2026-06-15-GOODS). The period for the performance of the obligations under the Contract shall not go beyond the validity of the appropriation for the Project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.The Municipal Government of Calumpit now invites bids for the above-entitled Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required as specified in Section VI (Schedule of Requirements) of the Bidding Documents. Bidders should have completed within the period of June 29, 2022 to June 28, 2026 a contract similar to the Project.
