Description : 1. The Municipality of Pola, Province of Oriental Mindoro through the 5% Calamity Fund intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Forty-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Pesos only (Php 549, 900.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Prepositioning of Relief Goods/Basic Emergency Supplies under IB 2025-11-07Goods. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.





2. The Municipality of Pola, Province of Oriental Mindoro now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of Goods is required within thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids a single contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).



3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Approved Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 12009.
