Brief description of the procurement: The object of the public procurement is the preparation of project documentation for the construction works of the school building located on the property of Nurmesalu street 9 in Saue township, Saue municipality, in accordance with the conditions specified in the technical description. Finally complete the deadline for the construction project to be completed and handed over to the customer is 9 months after the conclusion of the contract. The duration of the contract of 57 months stated in the tender notice is the expected maximum period, which includes author supervision in addition to the time of preparation and handover of the construction project period until the completion of the building based on the project (expected construction period 36 months and the start of construction within 12 months from the completion of the construction project).
