Tenders are invited for Preparing Legal Files

Technical and financial offer : Two offers, financial and technical, are submitted. Each offer is submitted in a separate, closed envelope with the name of the offer written on it (financial or technical). Both offers are collected in one closed and sealed envelope, and the name and number of the bid are written on the envelope .
All bidders must be registered with the Palestinian Ministry of Finance and submit a clearance certificate from the Value Added Tax Department .
