4.1 Preparing draft decisions on establishing development conditions and determining the location of public purpose investments in the Grudzidz Commune in 2026 - 2027.4.2. The scope of the order includes: 1) Preparation of draft decisions on conditions development;2) Preparation of draft decisions on determining the location of a public purpose investment;3) Preparation of draft decisions on changing the decision on development conditions;4) Preparation of draft decisions on negative development conditions in the event of their non-compliance with the General Plan of the Grudzidz Commune. 4.3. During the duration of the contract, the Ordering Party ensures the development of draft decisions in an amount of not less than 500 pieces and not more than 1, 500 pieces. 4.4. The Contractor will implement the subject of the order according to the Ordering Party's needs, i.e. minimum 30 pieces per month and no more than 100 pieces per month. After the general plan of the Grudzidz commune is adopted, the number of applications may be reduced, which the Ordering Party has no influence on.4.5. The Contractor will implement the subject of the order according to the Ordering Party's needs.4.6.
