The subject of the order in the scope of TASK NO. 1: are services consisting in preparing, delivering and serving hot meals for children and school youth in the Bartoszyce Commune in the 2026/2027 school year in the period from September 2, 2026 to June 24, 2027, in accordance with the principles set out in the applicable regulations, and in particular in the Act of August 25, 2006 on food and nutrition safety (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1448, as amended), including the implementing provisions to this Act in in particular, the Regulation of the Minister of Health of July 26, 2016 on groups of foodstuffs intended for sale to children and adolescents in the education system and the requirements that must be met by foodstuffs used as part of public catering children and young people in these units (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2016, item 1154, as amended), the Act of March 14, 1985 on the State Sanitary Inspection (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2024, item 416, as amended) and nutritional standards and recommendations of the Institute of Food and Nutrition in the following educational institutions: 1) Primary School named after 20th Bartoszycka Mechanized Brigade in Bezledy serving meals at 10....
