1. The order covers the preparation and delivery of meals for students of schools and kindergartens from the Kocian Commune in accordance with the requirements of the Act of August 25, 2006 on food and nutrition safety (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1448, as amended), the Act of March 14 1985 on the State Sanitary Inspection (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 416, as amended), Regulation of the Minister of Health of April 17, 2007 on the collection and storage of food samples by closed type mass catering establishments (Journal of Laws of 2007, No. 80, item 545, as amended), Regulation of the Minister of Health of February 16, 2026 on groups of foodstuffs intended for consumption by children and adolescents in the units of the education system and the requirements that must be met by foodstuffs used in nutrition collective children and youth in these units and this SWZ.
