Tender Details

1. Description of the subject of the order 1.1. The subject of the order is the provision of catering services in the preparation and delivery of a hot meal in the form of a two-course dinner and compote for students of the Primary School in Bujny in the period from the date of conclusion of the contract. (but not earlier than September 3, 2026) until June 24, 2027, excluding public holidays and holidays and holidays provided for in the organization of school work.1.2. The facility to which meals will be delivered: Primary School. President of the Republic of Poland Lech Kaczyski w Bujnach97-371 Bujny ul. Piotrkowska 1041.3. The number of lunches varies and depends on the number of children and school youth who declare their willingness to eat lunches. Changing the amount of meals prepared and served does not require changing the contract. It is expected that the number of meals served lunches may change by 30%. As of the date of initiation of these proceedings, the daily quantity demand for meals at the Primary School in Bujny is 125 lunches. The number of days in the school year on which lunches will be provided - 1771.4. This requires specification execution of the order includes: Appendix No. 7 to the SWZ Ordering Party's Guidelines.
