1. The subject of the order is to conduct courses with a final examination in the field of providing qualified first aid for employees of the Marshal's Office of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship as part of the task Civil protection and civil defense".2. A detailed description of the subject of the order and the conditions of its implementation will be specified by the Ordering Party in the Draft Agreement constituting together with the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order (hereinafter referred to as: SOPZ) in Annex No. 7 to the SWZ.3. In these proceedings, the Ordering Party does not specify any requirements regarding employment based on an employment relationship, in the circumstances referred to in Art. 95 of the Public Procurement Law and does not specify the requirements regarding the employment of persons referred to in Art. 96 section 2 point 2 of the Public Procurement Act. Public procurement proceedings are conducted in the basic mode, pursuant to Art. 275 point 1 in connection with Art. 359 point 2 of the Act of September 11, 2019 Public Procurement Law, hereinafter referred to as the Public Procurement Act, in accordance with the requirements specified in the SWZ.
