Tuomi Logistiikka Oy tenders the procurement of ready-made food and portioned meals for the needs of Pirkanmaa Voimia Oy and the municipality of Vesilahti. Procurement is divided into the following areas: Section 1 Portion meals (1 supplier is selected) Section 2 Prepared food (choose two (2) editors) Section 3 Preparedness products (1 supplier is selected) Sub-area 2 Prepared food also includes so-called transition period products, i.e. product lines that are transferred to be ordered under the Ready-made food and portion meals procurement contract, when the procurement contract for wholesale foodstuffs will expire on March 1, 2027. This purchase also includes seasonal products (see section 7.2 of the draft contract for more details). Tenders for seasonal products within the framework arrangement are made for all parts 1, 2 and 3 among selected editors. The goal of the procurement is that end customers receive safe, tasty, nutritious food products suitable for their age group with their meals at Tavarantilaaja's locations. Two (2) are selected for sub-area 2 Prepared food the most economically advantageous supplier. The product lines are divided between the two (2) cheapest suppliers so that the most economically advantageous supplier receives approximately 70% of the total value of the sub-area and the second most economically advantageous the supplier receives approximately 30% of the total value of the sub-area.
