Preparation of design and cost estimate documentation along with the required decisions and arrangements, as well as providing author's supervision over the construction of an underground facility with a double function - a U1 type hiding place and an underground parking lot under the sports field implemented as part of the investment task titled Construction of a building consisting of two U1 type shelters at ul. W. Sikorskiego 20 in Piaseczno. The purpose of the order is: to develop complete, multi-discipline design and cost estimate documentation, including: land development and the necessary technical infrastructure divided into implementation parts: PART I: - Construction of two U1 type hiding places with the function of an underground parking lot, PART II: Demolition of the football pitch along with its reconstruction and the entire technical infrastructure, obtaining all required opinions, arrangements and administrative decisions, including a building permit decision, as well as a certificate of non-objection for works that do not require obtaining a building permit decision (if required), performing author's supervision.The developed design documentation will constitute the basis for announcing a tender for construction works and...
