1. The subject of the order includes the preparation of separate design documentation for investment tasks entitled: a) Reconstruction of ul. Trzeciakw and Dywizjonu 303, b) Expansion of ul. Graniczna on the section from ul. Rawska to ul. Strobowska, c) Reconstruction/expansion of the street Kameralna, along with providing author's supervision, separately for each of the above-mentioned investment tasks.2. As part of the subject of the order, the Contractor, for each of the above-mentioned investment tasks: a) will prepare a design concept in accordance with the conditions included in the FFU, appendices no. 4.1, 4.2, 4.3 to this SWZ. b) prepare complete, comprehensive, multi-discipline project documentation based on the concept adopted by the Ordering Party, in accordance with the conditions contained in the FFU, appendices no. 4.1, 4.2, 4.3 to the SWZ. Ordering party allows changes to the adopted concept and results during the design work and provided that they are accepted by the Ordering Party. c) perform all inventories and condition assessments necessary for the implementation of a given investment task (investment). technical, expert opinions, maps for design purposes, geotechnical soil tests (and submit their results), plot division designs, districts...
