Air traffic services of the Slovak Republic, a state enterprise, (abbreviated as LPS SR, š. p.) as the contracting authority, in accordance with § 25 ZVO, carry out preparatory market consultations on the subject of the contract: Supply of electricity for LPS SR objects, š. p..

The purpose of preparatory market consultations is:

a) preparation and othersformation of potential interested parties on the planned public procurement procedure for the above-mentioned subject of the contract, b) verification of the reality, objectivity and adequacy of the requirements for the fulfillment of the subject of the contract, c) to obtain advice, evaluate or accept advice from business entities of potential interested parties, who will participate in preparatory market consultations, during the planning and implementation of the public procurement procedure,

d) to clarify the non-discriminatory parameters of the description of the subject of the contract with the aim of the most open economic competition and obtaining as many offers as possible, and to define the subject of the contract in such a way that it meets the requirementsrequirements for a clear, complete and impartial description of the subject of the contract.
