Preparatory market consultations for the preparation of public procurement: Information system - Records of forest production The public contracting authority is preparing a public procurement, the subject of which will be the Information System - Forest Production Record. FORESTS of the Slovak Republic, the state-owned enterprise as a public procurement entity carries out preparatory market consultations according to § 25 of Act no. 343/2015 Coll. on public procurement and on the amendment of certain laws as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Act on Public Procurement") to the above-mentioned planned subject of the order. The purpose of preparatory market consultations and preliminary involvement of interested parties (hereinafter referred to as "PTK") is to: • prepare and inform potential interested parties about the planned public procurement for the above-mentioned subject of the contract; • acquisition and evaluation feedback from economic entities - potential interested parties who will participate in preparatory market consultations. Participation in the PTK is voluntary and the interested party can freely decide whether to use/not use the opportunity to participate in the PTK. An interested party who participants in the PTK must be aware of the legal regulation of the PTK, in particular the consequences resulting from the participation of the economic entity in the PTK with regard to § 25 and § 40 par. 7 of the Act on VO. Economic entities that participate in PTK can participate in the upcoming one public procurement and submit their answers.
