Preparation of water law reports together with water management instructions for devices located in the area of operation of ZZ Chojnice 1. The subject of the order is the service titled: "Preparation of water law reports together with water management instructions for devices located in the area of operation of ZZ Chojnice" Preparation of water-legal reports for two damming weirs located on the Krówka River, which will be the basis for the Ordering Party to obtain a water-legal permit necessary to conduct damming on these facilities and using them for their intended purpose, i.e. for irrigation of grasslands. A detailed description of the subject of the order and the terms of execution of the order for each part of the order are specified in: - Description of the subject of the order (OPZ) - Annex No. 1 to SWZ, - Draft provisions of the contract (PPU) - Annex No. 8 to the SWZ. 2. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers. The Ordering Party does not divide the order into parts for the reasons indicated in the OPZ - Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 3. The Ordering Party does not allow the possibility of submitting variant offers. 4. The Ordering Party does not envisage the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Art. 214 section 1 point 7 of the Public Procurement Law. 5.
