The subject of the order is the execution of the third part of updating the design documentation for the task entitled: "Protection against flooding of areas located in the catchment area of ​​the Młynowka stream in the commune of the City of Rzeszow and the commune of Krasne, Podkarpackie Voivodeship 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order and the conditions for the implementation of the subject of the order are included in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ - Description of the Subject Orders. 3. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers. The ordering party does not divide the order into parts for the following reasons: It is not possible to divide this order into parts. The individual elements of the order are interconnected and constitute a functional whole, hence they must be performed by one Contractor under one order. Dividing the contract into lots and subsequently entrusting the contract to different contractors could jeopardize the proper performance of the contract. The implementation of individual elements of the task must be mutually coordinated in terms of design, technically and complete from the point of view of the purpose it is intended to serve. Implementation by one contractor will avoid controversial issues at the stage of determining liability under the guarantee or warranty and will limit the increase in the costs of order execution. 4.
