Short description of the procurement: Rapla and Pärnu county planning mineral planning and relevant impacts, including strategic environmental assessment, aimed in cooperation with the state, local governments and local communities to establish national strategic land use priorities for the study and mining of mineral resources for the territory of Rapla and Pärnu County. The thematic plan determines the possibilities of the location of perspective building mineral resources and mining areas and the extension of existing quarries and peat production areas. It also provides general guidelines to alleviate the effects of mining and to organize the mined areas. The thematic plan is prepared taking into account the goals of the basics of the earth's crust until 2050 the goals set for spatial planning and security of supply.
