1) The subject of the order is the development of technical expertise and design and cost estimate documentation regarding the adaptation of the basement rooms of Primary School No. 2 in Gniewkowo to emergency shelters for residents of the Gniewkowo commune, together with obtaining the required arrangements, opinions and administrative decisions on behalf of the Ordering Party enabling the implementation of the investment and exercising author's supervision.2) The scope of the order includes in particular: - carrying out a technical assessment of the existing facility together with the necessary inventories and tests; - development of complete multi-discipline design and cost estimate documentation; - obtaining all required conditions, arrangements, opinions and administrative decisions, including construction permits or effective reporting of construction works in accordance with applicable regulations; - developing technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, bills of quantities and cost estimates; - exercising author's supervision.
