1. The subject of the order is: Preparation of technical documentation together with obtaining a building permit for the construction of a wing of the Special School Complex. Jan Brzechwa in Kdzierzyn-Kol in passive building technology - II PROCEDURE2. Order includes comprehensive development of full-discipline design documentation along with obtaining all required approvals, opinions and administrative decisions, including the final decision on the construction permit, enabling the implementation of the investment in the standard passive building.3. The aim of the investment is to increase the availability of modern educational and therapeutic infrastructure through the construction of an energy-saving, passive wing of a special school, fully integrated with the existing facility. The investment responds to growing needs of the local community, strengthens the public functions of Mode Miasto and implements the social, environmental and climate goals of the financing program.4.
