Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the development of design documentation covering the reconstruction of the roof along with a new roof structure in the entire facility of Kindergarten No. 6 in Suwałki at ul. Alfreda Wierusza-Kowalskiego 19, 16-400 Suwałki. Developed design documentation aims to: a) obtaining a building permit, b)conducting a tender procedure for the implementation of the task, c) performance of construction works. 2. A detailed description of the scope of design work is included in Annex No. 2, description of the subject of the order (OPZ). The design documentation will constitute a description of the subject of the order constituting an annex to the SWZ for the implementation of construction works under the Act of September 11, 2019. Public Procurement Law (Pzp). The Contractor undertakes to prepare documentation in such a way that it meets all the requirements of the Public Procurement Law. In particular, the Contractor undertakes to ensure compliance of the prepared documentation with Art. 30, 34 and 99 - 103 of the Public Procurement Law, as well as all requirements contained in: 1) Regulation Minister of Development and Technology of December 20, 2021 on the detailed scope and form of design documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works and the functional and utility program (Journal of Laws, item 2454); 2) Regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology of December 20, 2021 on determining the methods and bases for preparing an investor cost estimate, calculating the planned costs of design works and the planned costs...
