Preparation of technical documentation for the investment task "Construction of a north-south HVDC connection" 1. The subject of the order is the development of technical documentation for the investment task entitled: "Construction of the north-south HVDC connection". A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Part II of the SWZ Description of the Subject of the Order. 2. Each time, in all cases in which the Ordering Party describes the subject of the order by reference to standards, technical assessments, specifications technical and technical reference systems referred to in Art. 101 section 1 point 2 and section 3 of the Act, the Ordering Party allows solutions equivalent to those described, if they allow to obtain features or parameters not worse than those mentioned. The above means that The Contractor may use the solutions described by the Ordering Party "or equivalent". 3. Pursuant to Art. 101 section 5 of the Act, the Contractor who refers to solutions equivalent to those described by the Ordering Party is obliged to demonstrate that the solutions he offers the services meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party, provided that the Contractor proves in the offer, in particular by means of evidence referred to in Art. 104-107 of the Act, that the proposed solutions are to an equivalent extent meet the requirements specified in the description of the subject of the order.
