Preparation of technical documentation for the adaptation of the basement parts of the building of Primary School No. 4 in Suwałki at ul. W. Polskiego 13 for the needs of an emergency shelter 1. The subject of the order is the development of design documentation specifying the scope of solutions necessary to adapt the basement part of the teaching building of Primary School No. 4. K. A. Hamerszmita in Suwałki at ul. W. Polskiego No. 13, in accordance with Annex No. 2 "Description of the subject of the order", to performing the function of a collective protection facility, in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of July 14, 2025. on the conditions for organizing and requirements to be met by places of emergency shelter (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 932 as amended). The technical documentation should be divided into the following parts: 1) Works and security measures that do not require a building permit or notification for their implementation and should include: a) technical assessment of the facility and its installation, b) inventory of the protective facility along with technical and cost estimate documentation 2) Works and security measures that require obtaining a building permit or notification in order to perform them and should include: a) technical assessment of the facility and its installation, b) inventory of the protective facility c) geodetic repeater d) construction design, e) industry technical designs along with specifications and cost estimates. 3) Emergency shelter equipment...
