1. Subject matter of the order.1.1 The subject of the order is the preparation of design documentation for the protection of the complex of V/100 and V/122 chambers on level V in the underground part of the Wieliczka Salt Mine, hereinafter referred to as Design Documentation, and supervision. copyright during the implementation of the works provided for in the Project Documentation.1.2. As part of the implementation of the subject of the order, the Contractor is obliged to: 1) develop a technical design for securing chambers V/100 and V/122, hereinafter referred to as the Technical Design, agreeing the Technical Design with the Ordering Party's services and the Conservator of Monuments of the Krakow Salt Mines (hereinafter referred to as KZKS), and then obtaining approval of the agreed Technical Design by the Operations Manager of the Salt Mine Mining Plant Wieliczka (hereinafter referred to as KRZG), 2) obtaining a permit from KZKS to perform the works covered by the Technical Design.
