MESKO S.A. invites you to submit offers for the award of a contract for the provision of technical expertise regarding the technical condition and the possibility of further use after carrying out the necessary renovation works of protective structures located in records of MESKO Spółka Akcyjna ul. Legionów 122, 26-111 Skarżysko - Kamienna. Order award procedure: the order will be awarded according to the Ordering Party's internal procedure. Detailed information can be found in the annexes to this procedure. The result of the procedure generated by the platform is not tantamount to placing an order and signing a contract. Please submit the offer together with attachments in the form of document scans. Before participating in the on-site visit, the tenderer is obliged to signing a confidentiality agreement (Appendix No. 5). Two handwritten copies of the contract should be sent by traditional mail to the address of the Ordering Party. In the Confidentiality Agreement, company data should be completed on the first page. NOTE: Ordering Party informs that in case of having a signed confidentiality agreement according to Attachment No. 5 The Contractor is not obliged to submit a new confidentiality agreement (valid from February 11, 2026). The Company's purchasing platform is accepted as a tool leading to communication between the Ordering Party and the Offeror.
