The planning consultant must prepare a site plan change in the area around Hämeenpurontie, where the former health center area is located, among other things. The site plan of the area is to be changed significantly, e.g. Regarding the uses of YS blocks. The content of the site plan work, the objectives, schedule and preliminary work program are described in the participation and evaluation plan attached to this call for tenders (appendix 1). The area to be zoned is marked on the attached map (Appendix 2). The preliminary area limitation of the area to be zoned is approx 12.1 hectares. As the planning work progresses, the area to be planned may change slightly. In Appendix 4, the plan's goals and initial data are described in advance. plan material, but we are asking for an offer regarding the entire plan process (noting that the start-up phase has already been taken care of). The offer must be presented in two parts: 1. The planning material of the preparation phase and the preparation of responses to the received feedback2. Drafting of the plan material for the proposal phase and preparation of responses to the feedback received, as well as preparation of the plan material for the approval phase The customer scores and compares the offers of the different plan phases separately. About the possible order of work phase 2 will be decided later, i.e. only at the stage when the plan draft material is available for viewing.
