District Preparation of a new settlement plan (settlement development plan and settlement planning plan) and its foundational documents according to the 419/2021. (VII. 15.) Annex (1)-(4) of Government Decree, 2/2005. (I. 11.) Government decree, as well as 68/2018. (IV. 9.) Government Decree and 449/2025. (XII. 29.) with content according to the Government Decree, Budapest III. Regarding the entire administrative area of ​​the district. On the basis of Act C of 2023 on Hungarian architecture (hereinafter: Méptv.) a settlements must prepare a settlement plan, which is the collective name of settlement development plan and settlement planning plan. The settlement development plan replaces the long-term development concept and the integrated settlement development strategy. THE settlement planning plan is the collective term of the local building regulations and the settlement image decree. The Meptv. Pursuant to paragraph (3) of § 229, on the settlement development concept, the integrated settlement development strategy and settlement planning tools, and 314/2012 on specific legal institutions for settlement planning.
