In order to reduce the entry of hazardous substances into sewage and sewage sludge based on the sources of scientific publications, the base of scientific works, international practice, legal documents, the results of projects carried out by other countries, other services at the discretion of the Service Provider based on current data and monitoring data of discharged wastewater quality indicators provided by the Contracting Authority, prepare methodological recommendations for determining the operating conditions of stationary pollution sources, which would include: 1. entry of hazardous substances into wastewater and sewage sludge identification guidelines in the technological processes of the relevant economic activities; 2. preparation of the procedure for inventorying dangerous substances in wastewater; 3. application of the data obtained during the inventory in the monitoring of business entities; 4. recommendations for determining the operational conditions of stationary sources of pollution, taking into account the impact on the wastewater receiver, assessing mixing zones.
