Tender Details

1. The subject of the order includes the preparation of complete design and cost estimate documentation for the task titled: Preparation of the required documentation in order to create emergency shelter places in designated facilities in the Klww Commune.2. The detailed scope of execution of the subject of the order is specified in the description the subject of the order, Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ and the contract template constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ. 3. The Ordering Party informs that it has already carried out a preliminary inventory and assessment of the suitability of individual facilities for creating emergency shelter places and has expert opinions and Functional and Utility Programs, which constitute Appendix No. 8 to SWZ.4. The subject of the order should be performed on the basis of the prepared documentation in the possession of the Ordering Party, i.e. expert opinions and functional and utility programs, which constitute Annex No. 8 to SWZ5. The offer must be clear and comprehensive, i.e. cover the entire range of the item orders. The subject of the order must be complete and must correspond to the content of the specification of the terms of the order. The offered subject of the order must meet the requirements of the Ordering Party. At the stage of order execution, the contractor makes the item go away...
