The subject of the Order as part of orders under the framework agreement will be the development of Reports on the re-assessment of the environmental impact of the Investment "Construction and operation of the first nuclear power plant in Poland, with an electrical capacity of up to 3, 750 MWe, in the Choczewo commune. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the Order is included in Annex A to the Draft Contractual Provisions, constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 3. The proceedings in question are conducted in the form of a tender. unlimited pursuant to Article 132 in connection with Article 378 of the Act of 11 September 2019 - Public Procurement Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 793, as amended), (hereinafter: the PZP Act).
