Subject of the Order as part of orders based on a framework agreement will be the preparation of Reports on the re-assessment of the environmental impact of the Investment "Construction and operation of the first nuclear power plant in Poland, with an electrical capacity of up to 3, 750 MWe, in the area of the Choczewo commune. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the Order is included Annex A to the Draft Contractual Provisions, constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 3. The proceedings in question are conducted as an open tender pursuant to Art. 132 in connection with joke. 378 of the Act of September 11, 2019 - Procurement Law public (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 793, as amended), (hereinafter referred to as the Public Procurement Law). 4.
