"Preparation of a conformity assessment report of investment project (OSIP) and exercise of construction supervision during the implementation of the SMR of a site: "Reconstruction and construction of water supply networks and rehabilitation of Kiril and Metodiy Street from PT 833 to PT 860, town of Berkovitsa, municipality of Berkovitsa" In the scope of public order includes the following types of activities: Carrying out technical control during the design and carrying out an assessment of the compliance of an investment project with the essential requirements for constructions according to Art. 142, para. 5, para. 6, item 2, para. 10 and para. 11 in connection with Art. 142, para. 4 of the ZUT. Preparation of a complex report for the assessment of the compliance of an investment project in accordance with the LL. All parts of the investment project, which are grounds for issuing a building permit, are assessed for their compliance with the basic requirements for construction. The scope of activities for the development of the complex report for assessing the compliance of the complex project for an investment initiative with the essential requirements for the constructions includes a check for compliance with: - the predictions of the detailed development plan; - the rules and regulations for the organization of the territory; - the requirements under Art. 169 of the ZUT; - the mutual coherence between the parts of the project; - the completeness and structural compliance of the engineering calculations; - other specific requirements for certain types of construction according to a regulatory act, if there are any for the site; - the requirements of effective adminis...
