1. Subject of the order. 1.1 The subject of the order is the development of design documentation in the field of a replacement construction design, detailed design and work schedule, obtaining a decision to change the building permit and construction of buildings Tourist Service Center, Ticket Sales Point and underground tunnels on the premises of the "Wieliczka" Salt Mine in Wieliczka, together with the development of the investment area and infrastructure, as well as obtaining an occupancy permit, hereinafter referred to as "works" construction", in accordance with the Contractor's offer submitted as part of the tender procedure. 1.2 The scope of the subject of the order includes all works or activities necessary for its full implementation, even if they were not expressly mentioned in the contract or its annexes, including works that are necessary for the stability of the building, completeness and safety of use and proper performance of the subject of the contract.
