Brief description of the tender: The purpose of the project is to completely reconstruct the Elva stadium and Palu street in the section from Tartu mnt to Järve street and to build parking spaces next to the stadium for stadium visitors, to create safe traffic opportunities for road users. Consider with the need to eliminate large trees from the immediate vicinity of the stadium and the parking area, and supplementing it with a well-thought-out landscaping project. Solve the collection and management of rainwater up to the headwaters.
