A survey of real estate incorporation is currently underway in the city of Kemijarvi. In connection with the study, the City of Kemijarvi will be commissioned by a service procurement for separately defined real estate estimates of their current market value (current value, market price). are as follows: Welfare Center Lapponia, Dental Service Lapponia, Jokiranta Group Home, Disability Services on Sarkelanrinne, Mettis Metsamieheentie, Kemijarvi Fire Station, Suomu Fire Station, Myllylampi Corporate House, Torikeskus, 2 Industrial Halls, Multi -Land Hall and Heralampi Corporate House. The information on the subjects to be evaluated is presented in the attached building basic information forms. The assessment books of the items must be available to the customer by September 30, 2025. The items to be evaluated are at the disposal of the tenants on the premises and there is no access to it without the tenant promised.
