The subject of this public order is the provision of complete services and services associated with the preparation, hosting and organization of the day-long St. Martin's Conference (only the conference), which will take place in November 2026 at the client's headquarters in Brno, and the related social evening in in the Foyer of the Jankova Theater, (according to Galaveer only). The subject of the public order is, in particular: a) electronic registration of conference participants, collection of the conference fee; b) organization of the conference; c) necessary interpreter and technical equipment for online transmission, d) late photo documentation; e) catering services; f) preparing and securing space for Galaveera's horse; g) accommodation services for selected forwarders and transport of selected forwarders to and from the city of Conn. The contracting authority reserves the right to change the contract in accordance with Article 100, paragraph 3 of the law. 134/2016 Coll., on previous public contracts, in the form of later regulations, for the provision of new services that repeatedly include similar services as in this public contract. The minimum requirements for the subject of the public procurement, including reserved changes to the contract, are defined by technical, commercial and other contractual conditions, which are specific in the Call for Tenders dated 7/7/2026 and their areas.
