PREPARATION OF PROJECT DOCUMENTATION FOR OBTAINING A BUILDING PERMIT (DGD) FOR THE CONTINUATION OF THE VELENJE DISTRICT HEATING PROJECT - PHASE 2 The public order covers the preparation of the Documentation for obtaining a building permit (DGD) for the District Heating project Velenje - phase 2, annual regime, in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Slovenia, and the acquisition of all necessary opinions and other bases necessary for the preparation of the DGD and the acquisition of a building permit (including additions, preparation and coordination project documentation at the request of competent authorities in the process of obtaining a building permit, until its issuance and finality). During the execution of the DGD, the contractor will have to coordinate with the maker of the spatial act, which is in the process of being prepared and whose admission is expected in April 2027. The project includes a system of heat pumps with a storage tank, a solar power plant and a pumping station, whereby the documentation is made on the basis of the already prepared conceptual design (IDZ), no. of project 9304/2025 and project conditions.
