Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is a service within the meaning of Art. 7 point 28 of the Public Procurement Law, consisting in the development of design documentation for the implementation of tasks under the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program in Bydgoszcz, including 3 tasks: 1) Task No. 1: Execution additional technical service point of the University Hospital No. 23 from the side of Ujejskiego Street, 2) Task No. 2: Expansion of the road on the extension of Sowiska Street, 3) Task No. 3: Reconstruction of Powsta Listopadowego Street.2. Detailed description of the item the order, the scope and terms of execution of the order are described in: 1) the draft provisions of the Agreement with annexes, Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, including: a) Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ) with annexes - Annex No. 2 to the draft provisions of the Agreement, 2) template offer form - Appendix No. 2 to SWZ.3. The order will be implemented in multiple stages and provides for the following implementation stages, the provisions of which are detailed in the Description of the Subject of the Order: Stage 1a, Stage 1b, Stage 2, Stage 3, Stage 4, Stage 5 and Stage 6.4.
