Preparation of complete project documentation and that - urban project, basic project with all phases and projects for the dislocation of existing underground installations for the building Gradski quarter SSI 03, block 2, Municipality of Karposh and Municipality of Butel GP 02.04 in Skopje, with indicative total gross area of 12, 700 m2. The project documentation should be prepared on the basis of the Extract from the DUP, the Project Program, the Report on Numerical Data, the Report on Geomechanical Investigations, the Law on Spatial and urban planning, the Law on Building and its by-laws, the Law on Housing, the Ordinance on Standards and Norms for the Design of Buildings, the Ordinance on Standards and Norms for Urban Planning, the Ordinance on Energy Characteristics of the buildings, the Rulebook on the content of the projects, the designation of the project, the method of certifying the project by the responsible persons and the method of using electronic records and other valid legal regulations related to the subject of the procurement.
