4.1. The subject of the order includes the development of: analysis and financial schedule of the project (in accordance with Annex No. 14 to SWZ - Zal. design in the form of a land development design, architectural and construction design, with visualizations of the facility along with obtaining a final decision - a building permit. The architectural and construction design should be prepared on the basis of the attached document architectural and construction concept (files: Appendix No. 9 to SWZ - Conceptual Design), obtaining all consents, opinions, arrangements or updates of decisions (including, in particular, the final decision, the building permit) and other necessary documents to carry out the investment (based on the Investor's power of attorney to represent before administrative bodies) in accordance with applicable regulations and required, among others, to confirm compliance with DNSH rules, at the stage of preparation of the Contractor's documentation will be obliged to agree with the Ordering Party on the proposed design solutions and before submitting an application to the authorities issuing the appropriate permits...
