The subject of the order is the preparation of multi-disciplinary documentation design and cost estimate for the expansion of the District Court building in Grodzisk Mazowiecki at ul. Bartniaka 21/23 incl with the reconstruction of the existing court building. The subject of the order will be implemented in three stages: 1) stage I: implementation of the concept, 2) stage II: preparation of a construction design and submission of an application for a building permit, 3) stage III: preparation of detailed designs, STWiORB, bills of quantities and investor cost estimates, as well as obtaining and submitting to the Ordering Party the final decision on the permit for construction.
