The subject of the order is a service for the preparation of multi-disciplinary design documentation for the investment titled: Revitalization of the historic chapel and the surrounding courtyard located on the premises of COPERNICUS PL Sp. z o. o. in Gdańsk intended for the hall conference at the Hospital. Nicolaus Copernicus University in Gdańsk.2. The subject of the order consists of one part. 3. General description of the subject of the order. The subject of the order is the preparation of a spatial program concept, and after its approval, multi-disciplinary internal coordinated construction and technical designs, detailed designs, conservation work program, investor cost estimates and bills of quantities along with information on safety and health protection. The detailed scope of the subject of the order is determined by: Description of the Subject of the Order - OPZ (Annex 2 to the SWZ), Annex No. 1 to the OPZ - Scope of the study, Annex No. 2 to the OPZ - DNSH.
