1. The subject of the order is the preparation of multi-disciplinary design and cost estimate documentation for the renovation of a multi-family residential building at ul. Opaczewska 28 in Warsaw.2. The scope of the order includes the development of multi-disciplinary documentation design along with obtaining the permission of the Warsaw Monument Conservator (if required) and obtaining a valid building permit.3. The building is located on plot no. 38/3 in the district 2-03-07 in Warsaw, Ochota District.4. Renovation is aimed at modernization of a residential building to obtain optimal thermal modernization value.5. The order must be completed in accordance with the Description of the subject of the order constituting Appendix No. 8 to the SWZ and the Energy Audit constituting Appendix No. 9 to the SWZ.
