The subject of the order is: preparation of multi-disciplinary documentation design and cost estimate for the renovation and thermal modernization of multi-family residential buildings at ul. Meissnera no. 7, 9, 11, 13 in Warsaw - separately for each building in the form of: construction for a complex of multi-family residential buildings located at ul. Meissnera 7, 9, 11, 13 in Warsaw comprehensive technical and technological diagnosis and multi-discipline design and cost estimate documentation for the construction project consisting in comprehensive modernization of buildings, including in particular renovation, thermal modernization and all works necessary to remove identified defects, irregularities and functional limitations, including - if necessary - repairs, strengthening or replacement of structural elements, as well as technological and reconstruction. 2. The planned modernization must be consistent with the Warsaw Green Building Standard (WSZB) and the policy directions of the capital city.
