The subject of the order is the development of multi-disciplinary design and cost estimate documentation for investment no. 07.1: "Construction of 2 multi-family residential buildings with accompanying infrastructure on plots no. 349, 350 and 351 within Paecznica, commune Paecznica"A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the "Description of the Subject of the Order" and the Urban and Architectural Concept, which are annexes to the SWZ. The scope of the order also includes author's supervision during the implementation of construction works. performed on the basis of design documentation which is the subject of this order. The contractor will perform author's supervision until the date of signing the fault-free final acceptance protocol for construction works. The contractor whose offer was selected as the most favorable one is obliged, in consultation with the Ordering Party, to prepare and submit a Material and Financial Schedule for the implementation of the subject of the order within 5 days before the conclusion of the contract and obtain the Ordering Party's approval for the above-mentioned documents.
