Description of the existing condition: Multi-family residential building at ul. I. Malmeda 6 in Białystok, located on plot no. gr. 1400 obrb 11 rdmiecie, built on reinforced concrete aisles with a load-bearing brick structure with beam-and-block ceilings, a strip roof with a structure of hollow core slabs covered with a double layer of roofing felt. It has 4 floors above ground with a basement. It consists of 30 premises residential and 6 service premises. The building is located in an area under conservation protection. Premises 4U, which is the property of the Biaystok Commune, is located in the building of the Real Estate Housing Community at ul. I. Malmeda 6 (hereinafter referred to as Housing Community).
