Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is: Development of multi-disciplinary design and cost estimate documentation for the replacement of two internal passenger lifts in the Zodiak Student Dormitory building at ul. Grunwaldzka 106 in Wroclaw.2. The aim of the proceedings is to develop multi-discipline design and cost estimate documentation (hereinafter referred to as the Documentation) along with obtaining approvals from the Office of Technical Inspection, including: 1) preparation of a construction and installation inventory, 2) preparation of a construction design (PB) and submitting it correctly completed application to the Department of Architecture and Monuments at the Wrocaw Municipal Office (if necessary), 3) obtaining a final decision approving the construction design and granting a building permit (if necessary), 4) preparing complete designs technical (PT), executive (PW), STWIORBs, bill of quantities and investor's cost estimate broken down by industry, 5) providing Author's Supervision during the implementation of the works.
