Brief description of the tender: The purpose of the tender is to prepare the new building part of Luunja Middle School and functionally related existing building parts and outdoor areas on the basis of the basic tender documents and the sketch project of Luunja Middle School prepared by Friedental Rahuorg Arhitektid OÜ main project. The new part of the building will be built on the site of the existing demolished C-building in the northern part of the property. The design work includes, among other things, the preparation of the architectural, constructive and technical systems basic project, the design of outdoor areas, to apply for a building permit preparation of the necessary documents and preparation of the budgeted volume table of construction works.
