The project covers all parts: Architectural, Structural, EE, Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, PB, Geodesy, Park planning and improvement, PBZ and PUSO. The building has a built-up area of ​​5772 square meters, 5 levels and is a third category of construction. The purpose of the project is to transform the existing building of the former Technical College of Mechanical Engineering in a modern, functional and energy-efficient educational base.
