"PREPARATION OF AN INVESTMENT PROJECT FOR A SITE: "Construction of sections of the water supply network along streets and building diversions in the city of Lyubimets, by sub-sites" The subject of the order includes the following sub-items: - Sub-site 1: Ivaylovgradska St., between Sq. "Treti Mart" and "Vasil Levski" streets, with a length of 200 l.m.; - Sub-site 2: Local road on Odrin Blvd., between Damyan Gruev St. and St. 894a907, with a length of 650 m. The subject of the order includes the following activities: Preparation of an investment project in phase "technical project", for the object, including the necessary work details for the needs of the object according to its terms and conditions, according to the volume and scope, regulated in Ordinance No. 4 of 21.05.2001 on the scope and content of investment projects, other applicable current legislation, as well as the requirements laid down in the technical terms of reference for the development of the investment project, as well as activities representing a condition, consequence or addition to it, in accordance with the regulations, including operational companies and other bodies and approval according to the order of the ZUT.
